ABOUT US & OUR MISSION

Maybe you think we just showed up, but the Trucker Radio  Show has been around since May of 2006 as a weekly two-hour syndicated radio show heard on radio stations mostly in Canada and also in selected US markets. In April of this year, 2023, we chose to end our syndicated shows on terrestrial radio stations. Trucker Radio temporarily became a 24-hour-a-day, 7-day-a-week online radio station. Now, Trucker Radio has morphed into, THE ROAD AND THE RADIO.  Over the 17 plus year that we were on broadcast radio, we mixed country music, news, interviews and fun. We are continuing that concept with the Road & the Radio featuring 80’s 90’s and  2000’s country music, and classic country on the weekends. We guarantee the BEST COUNTRY IN THE COUNTRY!  But that’s not all. Throughout the day, we include conversations with everyone from country music stars to amazing people who work to make a difference.

There is one thing that of which we are passionate. It’s about defeating sex-trafficking. We think that terrestrial radio does little to increase awareness of this sickening crime, which is most often perpetrated against their very own female listeners.  Listen throughout the day for our short TNT Podcasts, Star Stories and the fun Dufus Driver stories. We are just launching, so there is more on the way.

WHO WE ARE

• Stan Campbell is a partner, producer and occasional TNT podcast host. He is a veteran broadcaster having  been on air in Nashville, Cincinnati, Toronto and Los Angeles.

• Marta “Tuchi” Ramirez is the heart of Trucker Radio and is the office manager handing graphic design, Spanish-English translations for various industry clients and some dreaded bookkeeping.

• Marty Theurer is our sales and marketing guru and cheerleader. Marty is well connected to radio and country stars in Nashville.
